Terms of Service

  • By ordering a commission from me, you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Process and Delivery

  • Communication is conducted through DM (Discord, Instagram preferred) or email.

  • The Client will be notified when i start working on their commission.

  • During production, the Client will be provided with weekly updates. Please advise me of any issues during this time to ensure a smooth commission experience.

  • ETAs will be advised during consultation and before payment to allow the Client to make an informed decision.

Unless requested otherwise; the final product will be sent to the Client in the form of a PNG image at 300dpi. Please note no physical product will be supplied.

Payment

  • PayPal preferred.

  • Bank Transfer is permitted for Australian and mutual clients.

  • Payment is to be paid upfront or 50% deposit upfront and the remaining balance paid after the thumbnail stage.

  • Please do not send payment before i agree to your commission request and accept payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The Client is entitled to a full refund during the cooling-off period of 3 days. Onwards; once production has commenced, the Client loses the right to a full refund.

  • The Client is entitled of up to 50% refund in the event I have started but cannot complete the commission.

  • If the Client is entitled to a refund, they must not request a PayPal chargeback. i will send the money back myself.

If the Client requests a PayPal chargeback at any point, all aforementioned rights to the commission are forfeit and I have the full right to profit off it in any way. The chargeback will be disputed and all evidence will be supplied to PayPal and/or financial institution. The Client will also be blacklisted and reported to other artists.

Changes/Revisions

  • Once the final commission is presented, the Client may ask up to 3 free minor changes such as: resizing canvas size, small colour changes and minor lineart fixes.

  • Major changes like hairstyles, clothes and background will incur a fee.

  • If the Client would like the entire illustration redrawn, they must purchase another commission slot.

Copyright

By default, commissions are for personal use only. I reserve the rights to the image and permitted to use the copyrighted artwork to display and promote my business.

The following is considered copyright infringement.

  • Claiming the work as your own

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted work commercially; meaning making money off it in any way

  • Removing the signature on my artwork and;

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

Commercial rights to the commission are subject to additional terms and require a contract.The Client will not use the commissioned image for nfts or directly feed/train an ai generator and post the result online. if evidence of violation is found, you will be blocked, blacklisted from future projects and an artists beware post will be raised.

If the Client breaks any of these terms mentioned above, they will lose all aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Fable Magia (the artist) and i will have the right to profit further from the commissioned work. The Client would also be blacklisted from future projects and blocked.
